Hose down and scrub outdoor furniture, sweep cobwebs from umbrellas, and surface clean pillows and cushions.

Check Washing Machine Hose

Replace hoses when they show signs of detoriation to prevent leaks while you're on vacation.

Save on Energy Bills

nstalling a programmable thermostat could save up to 5% on monthly electic bills for each degree raised.

Change HVAC Filters

Replace your HVAC filters regularly so your air conditioner performs efficently.
