Getting Real - Health and Fitness

I want to get real with you and share something that has been on my mind for awhile. As some of you may know in recent years I have struggled with autoimmune disorders that had me constantly ill and exhausted both mentally and physically.

Before I had Julianna I was falling asleep at 8pm and putting on lots of weight. The stress and strain on my body took a toll. Then, I found out I was expecting - my body continued to change physically and I lost myself a bit.

.

Recently I decided to take my body back -for myself now, the future me and my daughter. I wanted to be an example for her and my husband by committing to being the healthiest and happiest version of me.

.

In the past few months I have committed myself to living a healthier lifestyle and since then I have never felt better! The changes I made in working out consistently, choosing healthy foods and fueling my body have made such a difference in my life and I decided I can't keep it to myself any longer.
